Using WhatsConnect
You may use WhatsConnect for lawful business communications in line with these terms, applicable laws, and Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. You are responsible for the content you send and the permissions needed to contact each recipient.
Accounts and workspaces
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate registration information. Workspace owners control member access and remain responsible for activity performed by their team.
Plans, fees, and Meta charges
Paid plans renew for the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Meta messaging fees are separate from your WhatsConnect subscription, and WhatsConnect does not add a markup to those fees.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, harmful content, or attempts to bypass platform or security controls. We may restrict activity that threatens people, the service, or connected providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep WhatsConnect reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product and provider requirements evolve. Material term changes will be communicated when required.
