What we collect
We collect account details, workspace settings, product usage, support communications, and the business messaging data you choose to process through WhatsConnect. We also record security and reliability logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, deliver requested messages and workflows, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers and Meta
WhatsConnect relies on carefully selected infrastructure and communications providers. WhatsApp messaging is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy practices. We share only the data needed to provide the relevant service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption, workspace isolation, and operational monitoring to reduce risk.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information. Workspace administrators can also manage much of their team and contact data directly in the product.
